Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscription cancellation, end-of-period principle and refund policy

Effective Date: 22.08.2026

1. General Information

These Cancellation & Refund Terms apply to digital subscription services purchased through YUXOR LTD (the “Platform”). By using our services, you accept these terms. This text forms an integral part of Clause 4 of our Terms of Use (yuxor.dev/privacy).

2. Subscription Cancellation

2.1 Right to Cancel

Users have the right to cancel their existing subscription at any time, without providing any reason.

2.2 How to Cancel

A subscription can be cancelled easily via the “Profile > Subscription Management” page in the User Panel, or requested by contacting our support team at [email protected].

2.3 Effect of Cancellation (End-of-Period Principle)

Subscription cancellations on our Platform operate on the “End of Period” principle: when your cancellation request is received, automatic renewal of your subscription is stopped. You continue to have access to Premium features until the end of your current subscription period (monthly or yearly). At the end of the period, your subscription ends entirely and no further charge is made to your card.

Example: you started a 1-month subscription on 1 January and cancelled on 15 January. You can continue using the service until 1 February. On 1 February your subscription ends and is not renewed.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 General Rule: No Refunds

Due to the nature of digital content and services, payments for subscription periods that have already taken place are, as a rule, not refunded (in whole or in part). When you cancel, you retain the right to use the service until the end of the paid period; however, no cash refund is issued for elapsed or remaining time.

3.2 Exceptions

Subject to the following, no refunds are issued for standard cancellations:

• Technical Fault: situations where the service could not be provided at all due to Platform-side technical reasons, or where advertised features were continuously unavailable (subject to technical review).

• Erroneous Charge: systemic errors such as duplicate charges or continued billing after a cancellation confirmation.

• Statutory Rights: your right of withdrawal and other statutory rights under consumer law are preserved.

4. Right of Withdrawal Notice

Under the Distance Contracts Regulation (Türkiye), services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer fall within the exceptions to the right of withdrawal. Because a YUXOR subscription begins to be performed instantly upon activation, the right of withdrawal may not be exercisable by law where performance begins with your express consent (including under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg. 36(1)(b)). Nevertheless, the Platform operates the cancellation processes described above in the interest of customer satisfaction.

5. Changes

YUXOR reserves the right to amend this policy without prior notice. The current policy takes effect on the date it is published on the Platform.
